Uniform Franchise Offering Circulars (UFOCs) and Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs)

UFOCs.com is the definitive source of current and historical UFOCs/FDDs and franchise earnings claims (Item 19s). Over 20,000 UFOCs/FDDs are available from an extensive library that dates back to 1990. Roughly 3,000 individual franchise concepts are listed in our UFOC Store. Whether you need a company's entire UFOC/FDD, including Franchise Agreement, or an individual UFOC/FDD item, we can meet your needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner. All UFOCs/FDDs are available in PDF format and are delivered via email, CD-ROM or hardcopy. Over 500 earnings claims are also available, either as pre-selected packages or as individual statements. Current year UFOC/FDD orders are typically processed in less than 24 hours. Prior year or unique orders may take 1-7 days to complete.

With the exception of select Item 19s, UFOC documents are NOT available for automatic download. Immediately after a customer places an order, a UFOCs.com representative is notified and informed of the details of that order. Within 24 hours the representative will email the customer a link(s) allowing him/her to download the UFOC/FDD(s).

NOTE: The majority of UFOCs/FDDs do NOT contain Item 19s / Earnings Claims statements.

Because publication of an earnings claims statement is at the sole discretion of franchisors, only about 15-20% provide this critical information.
