FDDs/UFOCs are NOT automatically downloaded.
With the exception of select Item 19s, FDD and UFOC documents are NOT available for automatic download. Immediately
after a customer places an order, a UFOCs.com representative is notified and
informed of the details of that order. Within 24 hours the representative will
email the customer a link(s) allowing him/her to download the FDD/UFOC(s).
NOTE:
The majority of FDDs/UFOCs do NOT contain Item 19s / Financial
Performance Representations.
Because publication of an Item 19 is at the sole discretion of franchisors,
only about 30% provide this critical information. In the vast majority of
cases, a franchisor will simply leave Item 19 blank. UFOCs.com makes every effort
to provide all available financial performance representations/earnings claims
statements, in their entirety, to the public.
